1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. This offer applies to eligible destinations only.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
Pawouse is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged or is reported as lost by the carrier, please contact us at hello@pawouse.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
