How to Track Your Order
- Check your email: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.
- Use your tracking number: Enter your tracking number on the carrier's website to get real-time updates on your delivery.
- Log into your account: If you have a Pawouse account, you can view your order status and tracking information directly from your order history.
Haven't Received a Tracking Email?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. If you haven't received a tracking email after 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
