International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 10–15 business days depending on the destination. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns Policy
We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging.
How to Return an Item
- Contact our support team at support@pawouse.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Please note: Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original packaging cannot be returned.
